Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until dough is formed. Shape into 18 cookies and bake for 13 minutes (check for browning) Serve and enjoy!
