Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until dough is formed. Shape into 18 cookies and bake for 13 minutes (check for browning) Serve and enjoy!
