Ingredients
- 170 g mozzarella cheese ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
- 85 g almond meal ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
- 2 tbsp cream cheese ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
- 1 pinch salt ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp coriander ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 onions (sliced)
- 500 g minced beef ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
- 400 g canned tomatoes ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- salad (green side)
- mozzarella cheese ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
- sour cream
Instructions
- Keto Meat MixGently fry the diced onion in oil until clear then add the meat, breaking it up into tiny pieces as it cooks and browns.
- This should take up to 5 minutes.Add the spices and tinned/canned tomato and tomato paste.
- Stir then simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes (uncovered to thicken the meat sauce) whilst you make the Fat Head taco cups and side salad.
