Ingredients

  • 170 g mozzarella cheese ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
  • 85 g almond meal ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
  • 1 pinch salt ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 onions (sliced)
  • 500 g minced beef ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
  • 400 g canned tomatoes ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • salad (green side)
  • mozzarella cheese ((pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild))
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Keto Meat MixGently fry the diced onion in oil until clear then add the meat, breaking it up into tiny pieces as it cooks and browns.
  2. This should take up to 5 minutes.Add the spices and tinned/canned tomato and tomato paste.
  3. Stir then simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes (uncovered to thicken the meat sauce) whilst you make the Fat Head taco cups and side salad.
