- 1 pinch salt (pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander (pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild)
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 onions (sliced)
- 500 grams minced beef (pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild)
- 400 grams canned tomatoes (pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- salad (green side)
- mozzarella cheese (pre-shredded/grated, or Edam/mild)
- sour cream
Instructions
- Keto Meat MixGently fry the diced onion in oil until clear then add the meat, breaking it up into tiny pieces as it cooks and browns.
- This should take up to 5 minutes.Add the spices and tinned/canned tomato and tomato paste.
