Keto Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raspberries ((Golden))
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 35 drop liquid stevia
Instructions
- Add the raspberries and white wine vinegar to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds, pressing with a spoon to extract all the liquid.
- Pour the strained raspberry vinegar mixture into a jar or bottle.
- Add the olive oil and liquid stevia.
- Seal tightly and shake vigorously until the dressing is well emulsified.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Store refrigerated for up to one week.
