Ingredients

  • 1 cup cookies ((pecan, pieces))
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 4 oz butter ((pecan, pieces))
  • 5 tbsp Swerve Sweetener (Granular)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup whipped cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese ((pecan, pieces))
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter ((pecan, pieces))
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter ((pecan, pieces))

Instructions

  1. Crust: Mix all of the crust ingredients together in a pie pan.
  2. Using a rubber spatula or hands, press crust evenly across the surface and edges of the pie pan.
  3. Next, bake the crust for 12 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Take the crust out of the oven and place on a cooling rack until cool.
  5. Filling: whip up the whipping cream until light and fluffy.
  6. Then add the remaining ingredients and continue to mix for about 2 minutes.
  7. The filling should be well mixed and creamy.
  8. After that, pour the filling on top of the pie crust and smooth it out evenly with a rubber spatula.
  9. Then chill for about 4 hours.
  10. Last, enjoy a slice of keto peanut butter pie!
