- 1 cup cookies ((pecan, pieces))
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 4 oz butter ((pecan, pieces))
- 5 tbsp Swerve Sweetener (Granular)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup whipped cream
- 4 oz cream cheese ((pecan, pieces))
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter ((pecan, pieces))
- 3/4 cup peanut butter ((pecan, pieces))
Instructions
- Crust: Mix all of the crust ingredients together in a pie pan.
- Using a rubber spatula or hands, press crust evenly across the surface and edges of the pie pan.
- Next, bake the crust for 12 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Take the crust out of the oven and place on a cooling rack until cool.
- Filling: whip up the whipping cream until light and fluffy.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and continue to mix for about 2 minutes.
- The filling should be well mixed and creamy.
- After that, pour the filling on top of the pie crust and smooth it out evenly with a rubber spatula.
- Then chill for about 4 hours.
- Last, enjoy a slice of keto peanut butter pie!
