Keto Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds ((whole or ground, 32 g/ 1.1 oz))
- 1/4 cup coconut milk ((whole or ground, 32 g/ 1.1 oz))
- 1/2 cup water ((whole or ground, 32 g/ 1.1 oz))
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder ((whole or ground, 32 g/ 1.1 oz))
- 1 tbsp erythritol ((whole or ground, 32 g/ 1.1 oz))
- 10 drop stevia extract
- 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs ((whole or ground, 32 g/ 1.1 oz))
Instructions
- Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk, water, cacao powder, Erythritol and stevia.
- If you prefer a smoother texture, use ground chia seeds (ground chia seeds may taste bitter).
- Let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes, ideally overnight in the fridge.
