Gluten Free & Keto Salmon Tzatziki with Cucumber Noodles

Ingredients
- 140 g greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 clove garlic ((grated or ran through a press))
- 1 tsp fresh dill ((grated or ran through a press))
- kosher salt ((grated or ran through a press))
- 1 cucumber (spiralized or grated)
- 2 salmon fillets ((grated or ran through a press))
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest ((grated or ran through a press))
- freshly ground pepper ((grated or ran through a press))
Instructions
- For the tzatziki sauce:In a medium bowl combine yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, dill and season to taste.
- If grating the cucumber add it in, if spiralizing it leave it out.
- Refrigerate covered until needed.
