Ingredients

  • 140 g greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 clove garlic ((grated or ran through a press))
  • 1 tsp fresh dill ((grated or ran through a press))
  • kosher salt ((grated or ran through a press))
  • 1 cucumber (spiralized or grated)
  • 2 salmon fillets ((grated or ran through a press))
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest ((grated or ran through a press))
  • freshly ground pepper ((grated or ran through a press))

Instructions

  1. For the tzatziki sauce:In a medium bowl combine yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, dill and season to taste.
  2. If grating the cucumber add it in, if spiralizing it leave it out.
  3. Refrigerate covered until needed.
