Garlic Butter Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 4 oz salmon
  • 10 stalk asparagus
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 slice lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillet and asparagus stalks on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Melt the butter with the minced garlic in a small saucepan or microwave, stirring to combine.
  4. Brush the garlic butter generously over both the salmon and the asparagus.
  5. Arrange the lemon slices on top of the salmon fillet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
  7. Serve immediately with any pan juices drizzled over the top.
