Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese ((cultured))
- 4 oz smoked salmon ((cultured))
- 2 scallions ingredient (medium)
- everything bagel seasoning ((cultured))
Instructions
- Using a hand or stand mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add chopped smoked salmon and thinly sliced scallions.
- Beat until well incorporated.
- Roll into bite sized balls then lightly coat in Everything Bagel Seasoning.
- Chill 2-3 hours before enjoying for the flavors to come together.These will keep for up to a week in the fridge or may be frozen for longer storage.
- Allow to thaw in the fridge before eating.
- Recipe Notes Feel free to use finely diced red onion in place of the scallions and add capers, if desired.
- Make sure you are choosing (raw) smoked salmon and not hot smoked salmon
