Easy Low Carb Keto Blender Bread

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs (pastured
  • 1/4 tsp extract ((pastured, ones I use here))
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil ((pastured, ones I use here))
  • 1/2 tsp coconut vinegar ((pastured, ones I use here))
  • 1 cup almond meal ((pastured, ones I use here))
  • 1/4 cup ground flax ((pastured, ones I use here))
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour ((pastured, ones I use here))
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line an 8 x 4″ loaf pan with a few pieces of parchment covering the bottom with some sticking out to help extraction.
  3. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
  4. Pour into the lined loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan 12 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan by pulling up on the parchment.
  7. Set the bread on a wire rack to cool completely for 15 minutes.
  8. Slice and enjoy this easy keto blender bread recipe.
  9. Store it in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for a few months.
