Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond flour ((We use this!))
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 3 oz cooked turkey ((We use this!))
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine eggs and melted butter.
  2. Mix together with a hand mixer.
