Coconut Cashew Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup butter ((melted))
- 1/4 cup maple syrup ((melted))
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, melted butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Press half the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the cashews and shredded coconut evenly over the base layer.
- Crumble the remaining mixture over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
