Coconut Cashew Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup butter ((melted))
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup ((melted))
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, melted butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press half the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle the cashews and shredded coconut evenly over the base layer.
  5. Crumble the remaining mixture over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
