Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coconut milk ((creamed, or heavy whipping cream))
- 1/2 cup water ((creamed, or heavy whipping cream))
- 1/2 cup mixed berries ((creamed, or heavy whipping cream))
- 1 tbsp oil ((creamed, or heavy whipping cream))
- 1/2 cup ice ((creamed, or heavy whipping cream))
Instructions
- Add the coconut milk, water, mixed berries, oil, and ice to a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add sweetener if desired.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
