Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk ((creamed, or heavy whipping cream))
  • 1/2 cup water ((creamed, or heavy whipping cream))
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries ((creamed, or heavy whipping cream))
  • 1 tbsp oil ((creamed, or heavy whipping cream))
  • 1/2 cup ice ((creamed, or heavy whipping cream))

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk, water, mixed berries, oil, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add sweetener if desired.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
