Beef Meatballs With Mint Gremolata

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/8 cup fresh parsley ((chopped))
  • 1 clove garlic ((chopped))
  • 1 tbsp seasoning ((chopped))
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil ((chopped))
  • 2 tbsp parsley ((chopped))
  • 2 tbsp mint ((chopped))
  • 1 tbsp lime zest

Instructions

  1. For the meatballs:Put together all of the ingredients for the meatball in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir well until all are mixed.
  3. Place a spoonful of the flavored beef in your hands and roll into 1 ½ inch balls.
  4. Repeat until all the meat is used.Place a nonstick pan over a medium heat.
  5. Pour some olive oil and wait until heated.
  6. Brown the meatballs for 2-3 minutes a side until golden on each side.
  7. Transfer to a paper towel to absorb the oil.
  8. Set aside.For the gremolata:Use a small bowl to stir together the ingredients.
  9. Mix thoroughly.
  10. Serve the meatballs in a plate and garnish with the gremolata.
  11. Best served warm.
