Almond Flour Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup erythritol ((or any sweetener of choice*; omit for savory pie crust))
- 1/4 tsp sea salt ((or any sweetener of choice*; omit for savory pie crust))
- 1/4 cup ghee ((or any sweetener of choice*; omit for savory pie crust))
- 1 large eggs ((or any sweetener of choice*; omit for savory pie crust))
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ((or any sweetener of choice*; omit for savory pie crust))
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, and sea salt. Whisk together.
- Add the melted ghee, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until a uniform dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Prick the bottom several times with a fork to prevent puffing.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before filling.
