Roasted Tomatoes with Pepper Jack Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes (Large)
  • 1 slice pepper jack

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a pan with tinfoil.Slice tomatoes and put them in a pan.Sprinkle salt, basil and pepper on tomatoes.Put 1/4 of a slice pepper jack cheese on each tomato slice.Put tomatoes in the oven at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, then put them up on the broiler for a few seconds until the cheese turns brown.
