Low Carb Pancakes (Keto Friendly Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 dash salt (brings out the flavors)
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon stevia
  • 4 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 dash salt (brings out the flavors)

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients together in the blender and mix it until all the ingredients have blended completely together.
  • This recipe yields about 5 medium size pancakes.
  • Note: These pancakes were a bit darker only because I cooked them in left over bacon grease (YUM!)
