In a bowl combine and mix well the cayenne pepper, cinnamon, allspice, black pepper, thyme, grated onions and a pinch of salt, rubbing in the onion with the spices.
Pat the chicken breast dry with a towel to ensure there is no excess fluid on the skin.
Add the spice all over the chicken breasts, pressing in in to ensure it sticks to the chicken.
In a pan at medium heat warm up the cooking oil and fry the chicken breasts until cooked for about 7 to 8 minutes each side depending on the thickness of your fillets.
Once the chicken is cooked take it off the pan and drain off most the cooking oil leaving about a tablespoon worth.
Add the lemon slices and fry them for about a minute each side until they start to caramelize.
Add in the parsley and mix then add in the butter.
Once the butter has melted add the chicken back in, mixing it in with the butter.
Take the pan off the heat ready to serve
