Lamb & Haloumi Keto Meatballs in Sugo di Pomodoro

Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground lamb
  • 100 grams haloumi (cubed)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (cubed)
  • 1 parsley (tsbp
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 50 grams onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 grams olive oil
  • 400 grams tomatoes (cubed)
  • 50 grams tomato paste
  • 150 grams chicken stock
  • 2 sprigs oregano (cubed)
  • 8 leaves basil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper flakes (cubed)
  • 1 pinch ground pepper

Instructions

  • Instructions MEATBALLS Mix all meatball ingredients in large bowl and form into small meatballs (roughly 4cm balls) Place meatballs onto Varoma tray and reserve THERMOMIX METHOD for SUGO Blend garlic and onion 3 seconds/speed 5 Scrape bowl Add olive oil.
  • Cook garlic and onion 2 minutes/Varoma/speed 1 Add rest of sugo ingredients Place Varoma into position and cook 15 minutes/Varoma/speed 1 Add meatballs to sauce and cook 5 minutes/120℃/speed 1 Serve
