Keto Pumpkin Pie Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coffee (strong and freshly brewed)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (strong and freshly brewed)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (strong and freshly brewed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 15 drops liquid stevia

Instructions

  • Heat pumpkin, milk, butter, and spices over medium-low heat.
  • Once bubbling, add 2 cups of strong coffee and mix together (I use a Keurig Machine to do this). Take off of the stove, add cream and stevia, then use an immersion blender to mix together. Top with whipped cream and enjoy.
