I mixed the wet ingredients together: melted butter, sour cream and eggs.
To this I added the coconut flour, salt, baking powder, garlic, Italian seasoning and mixed well, lastly I stirred in the cheese.
2 TBSP dropped into a muffin pan, I wasn't sure if they would spread too much on a cookie sheet.
This kept them a nice even size.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
The cheese and garlic are so wonderful and you do not taste the coconut flour, which is good.
I was concerned.
See how pretty? And tasty too! They heat up nicely in a toaster oven or split and laid in a frying pan.
Great the next morning with a cup of coffee.
