Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Melt the shredded cheese and cream cheese on low in a saucepan until cheeses combine
Mix in one egg and the flour mixture (almond flour, coconut flour and flaxseed)
Thoroughly combine the ingredients above either by hand or in a food processor (with the dough blade attachment)
Place the dough into a pie pan and spread it thinly across the bottom with thicker quantities along the sides to work with after filling
Place the provolone slices along the bottom
Mix the ricotta, salt, remaining egg, basil and Italian seasonings
Layer the mixture over the sliced provolone
Pull the remaining dough from the sides over the cheese mixture (it may be easier to remove the extra dough, roll it out and layer on top of the pie.
