Keto Baked Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 small onion (or turkey)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425F and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the ground meat with grated onion, salt and pepper.
  • Shape the meat mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and put them on a baking sheet.
  • Put keto meatballs in the oven and bake for 20 minutes
