Mix all ingredients in a food processor or with a stick blender
Fry in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat in some butter or olive oil.
Simply scoop a spoonful into the pan and wait for the dough to heat up.
Swirl it around with a spatula to flatten into a thin crepe.

Depending how hungry you are and your choice of filling, you could have either one or two wraps per person.
