Flaxseed Keto Wraps

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons flax seeds (milled)
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (milled)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor or with a stick blender Fry in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat in some butter or olive oil.
  • Simply scoop a spoonful into the pan and wait for the dough to heat up.
  • Swirl it around with a spatula to flatten into a thin crepe.

  • Depending how hungry you are and your choice of filling, you could have either one or two wraps per person.
