  • 1 pound farmer cheese
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste, optional)
  • 1 teaspoon stevia (to taste, optional)

Instructions

  • Mix farmer cheese, coconut flour, salt and 2 eggs.
  • Mixture should be like paste texture.
  • Form pancakes into round shape.
  • Dust it just a bit with coconut flourFry till both sides are golden brownCan be served with blueberries or any topping of your choice.
