Chop the broccoli and mushrooms into bite sized pieces.
Heat butter or coconut oil in a large frying pan.
When hot, add the broccoli and mushrooms.
Cook until softened and reduced.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs and cream together until smooth.
When the vegetables are cooked, add the egg mixture and scramble until cooked to your liking.
Top with your topping, salt or seasoning of choice.
