Corned Beef Hash Recipe – Low Carb, Keto Diet

Instructions

  • Heat butter or coconut oil in a large frying pan.
  • When hot, add the cauliflower and garlic and cook until golden, adding more butter/coconut oil if needed.
  • Once the cauliflower has cooked to your liking, add the corned beef.
  • Cook the dish until all is crispy and cooked through.
  • Remove to a bowl and enjoy.
