Preheat the oven to 200 °C/ 400 °F.
Wash and halve the Brussels sprouts or quarter if too big.
Pour the melted ghee over the sprouts.
Drizzle with the lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper and mix well to allow the oil & seasoning everywhere and place in the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender inside.
Mix once or twice to ensure even cooking.
The exact cooking time depends on the size of the Brussels sprouts.
If you cut them in quarters, it will take less time to cook.
