Keto Dark Chocolate Gluten-Free Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2/3 cup Swerve Sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  • For the OvenGrease an 8-inch cake pan.
  • Turn oven to 350FMix together all ingredients using a hand mixer, until the mixture is well-incorporated, and looks fluffy.
  • This will keep the cake from being dense as almond flour cakes can sometimes be.Pour into the greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a knife inserted in the center emerges clean.
