Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place all the dry ingredients into a stand alone mixer and stir until combined.
Add in the remaining wet ingredients and mix until well incorporated (I used the paddle attachment).
Spread the mixture in one even layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring every 5 or so minutes.
Granola will harden as it cools.
