- 1 yellow peppers ((cut into chunks))
- 1 red pepper ((cut into chunks))
- 1 onions (chopped)
- 3 clove garlic ((cut into chunks))
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes ((cut into chunks))
Instructions
- Place chicken in bottom of crockpot or slow cooker.Place peppers and onions and garlic on topSprinkle the basil, oregano, thyme and sea saltPour stewed tomatoes with juice over allCook on low for 6 hours.
