Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil ((melted or softened))
  • 20 drop stevia ((melted or softened))
  • 1 dash pink salt
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and whisk smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust for sweetness.
  3. Pour into 8 silicone molds, or mini parchment wrappers, or a small baking dish lined with parchment (for easy removal) Freeze until solid, about 30-min to 1 hour.
  4. Enjoy!
