Calories 350kcal
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef (grass-fed, or mixture of ground beef and ground pork)
- 15 ounces tomato sauce (grass-fed, or mixture of ground beef and ground pork)
- 6 ounces tomato paste (grass-fed, or mixture of ground beef and ground pork)
- 5 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1/4 cup onion flakes (grass-fed, or mixture of ground beef and ground pork)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (grass-fed, or mixture of ground beef and ground pork)
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco Pepper Sauce
- 2 teaspoons sea salt (grass-fed, or mixture of ground beef and ground pork)

- chicken broth (grass-fed, or mixture of ground beef and ground pork)
Instructions
- Brown hamburger in the pot the chili will fit into.
- Chop very small (If using fresh onion, brown it with the hamburger).
- If you're using grass-fed beef there is no need to drain the fat from the hamburger.
- When hamburger is almost done, add the onion flakes (if using), garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and the tomato paste.
- Cook hamburger with the tomato paste and spices until the hamburger is cooked.
- Add the tomato sauce and tabasco, mix and cook for a few minutes.
- Cook on medium for 15-30 minutes.
- Taste and correct the salt if needed, or add more tabasco.
- This can simmer for hours if you want, or you can eat it after 30 minutes only.
- If you simmer longer, cover the pot with a lid and add a little broth if it gets too thick.

Please let me know how many CARBOHYDRATES are in this recipe. Calories don’t count in keto – carbs do! I know tomato sauce is pretty high in carbs. Thank you in advance.
