Ingredients
- 1 lb lean beef ((cut into strips or cubes))
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp avocado oil ((cut into strips or cubes))
- 2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce ((cut into strips or cubes))
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar ((cut into strips or cubes))
- 2 tbsp erythritol ((cut into strips or cubes))
Instructions
- Cut the beef into thin strips or bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, erythritol, and sesame oil to make the teriyaki marinade.
- Add the beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated beef onto wooden or metal skewers.
- Heat the avocado oil in a grill pan or skillet over high heat.
- Cook the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked to your liking.
- Serve with any remaining marinade heated as a dipping sauce.
