Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean beef ((cut into strips or cubes))
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp avocado oil ((cut into strips or cubes))
  • 2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce ((cut into strips or cubes))
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar ((cut into strips or cubes))
  • 2 tbsp erythritol ((cut into strips or cubes))

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into thin strips or bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, erythritol, and sesame oil to make the teriyaki marinade.
  3. Add the beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated beef onto wooden or metal skewers.
  5. Heat the avocado oil in a grill pan or skillet over high heat.
  6. Cook the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked to your liking.
  7. Serve with any remaining marinade heated as a dipping sauce.
