Keto Skillet Chicken Nugget Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken ((or ground turkey))
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp parsley flakes
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all meatball ingredients together.
- It's helpful to use a potato masher.
- In a separate bowl, mix the coating together.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan on the stove over medium heat.
- Grease hands first with oil, then roll ground meat into meatballs.
- Dip each ball into whisked egg, and then roll through coating.
- Place meatballs in frying pan.
- Fry for about 3 minutes per side.
- (I pressed mine a little so they looked more like nuggets.) Once done, cool slightly on a plate lined with a paper towel.
- Serve with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
- This will make about 20 meatballs depending on how big you make them.
