Keto Chicken Dumplings ( Chicken Momo/Dim Sum)
Ingredients
- 500 g minced chicken
- 25 g onions ((grated))
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 spring onions
- 5 g fresh coriander
- 10 cabbage leaves
- pepper (Schizuan
- cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
- salt (to Taste)
Instructions
- For Chicken Dumplings Peel the cabbage leaves and boil in water for 5 minutes till tender Mix the chicken mince, onion, ginger garlic paste, spring onion, coriander and spices Stuff the cabbage leaves with the mince filling and roll into dumplings Steam for 10 minutes over boiling water.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
- For Dipping Sauce Mix everything together Serve
