Easy Cafe di Paris Compound Butter

Ingredients
- 4 ounces butter (softened)
- 2 tablespoons chives
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic (softened)
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 anchovy fillets
- 1/2 lemon (zest only and finely grated)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 4 ounces butter
- 2 chives (tablespons)
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 anchovy fillets
- 1/2 lemon zest (softened)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
Instructions
- Add the butter to a mixing bowl.Finely chop the chives and parsley, as well as the capers and anchovy, and add to the butter.Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.Gently spoon onto a piece of cling film and roll into a log shape.Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for 3 months.
