Easy Cafe di Paris Compound Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces butter (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1 anchovy fillets
  • 1/2 lemon (zest only and finely grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 2 chives (tablespons)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1 anchovy fillets
  • 1/2 lemon zest (softened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

  • Add the butter to a mixing bowl.Finely chop the chives and parsley, as well as the capers and anchovy, and add to the butter.Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.Gently spoon onto a piece of cling film and roll into a log shape.Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for 3 months.
