Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour ((pork rind))
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Pulse pork rinds in blender or food processor until finely ground In microwaveable bowl, heat shredded cheddar and cream cheese until smooth ~45 seconds Mix cheeses together, add egg and stir.
  2. Work quickly, if cheese becomes stiff microwave for 10 sec Add pork rind flour and stir until combined Press dough out onto parchment covered baking sheet.
  3. ~1/4 inch thick, or desired thickness Bake at 350 for 5 minutes Remove and top with desired toppings and bake for additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted
