Ingredients
- 1 cup flour ((pork rind))
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
Instructions
- Pulse pork rinds in blender or food processor until finely ground In microwaveable bowl, heat shredded cheddar and cream cheese until smooth ~45 seconds Mix cheeses together, add egg and stir.
- Work quickly, if cheese becomes stiff microwave for 10 sec Add pork rind flour and stir until combined Press dough out onto parchment covered baking sheet.
- ~1/4 inch thick, or desired thickness Bake at 350 for 5 minutes Remove and top with desired toppings and bake for additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted
