Chocolate Strawberry Hearts

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate bars (Lily’s Dark)
  • 1 chocolate bars (Lily’s Dark)
  • 1/2 unsweetened baking chocolate (Lily’s Dark)
  • 10 strawberries (Small)
  • ice cubes (Lily’s Dark)

Instructions

  • Rinse and pat dry strawberries.
  • Cut the green tops off.
  • Chop all chocolate and place into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute.
  • Stir until chocolate is melted and throughly combined.
  • Pour half the chocolate into your mold.
  • Place strawberries in the chocolate inside the mold and fill/cover with the rest of chocolate so no strawberries are showing.
  • (Try a few point side up and point side down) Refrigerate for 2 hours or until chocolate is completely set.
