Low Carb Cheese Tostadas (Keto, Gluten-Free, Grain-Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheese
  • cheddar cheese
  • tostadas (Ingredients of your choice for topping the)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Place cheese in circles on a non-stick baking sheet (a silicone baking mat works wonderfully here), approximately 4" in diameter.
  • This recipe should make 4-6 tostadas, depending on the size Place in oven for 8-12 minutes.
  • You want it to get crispy in the center, but not so much so that the edges begin to burn.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Top with ingredients of your choice and enjoy!
