Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and get out an oven proof dish.
Chop the broccoli into bite sized pieces.
Place into the oven proof dish.
Pour over the cream and sour cream.
Stir until the broccoli is well coated in the creams.
Mix through a third of the cheese until well combined.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Place into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp and golden.
