Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup raspberries (fresh of frozen)
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone (fresh of frozen)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (fresh of frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (fresh of frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol (fresh of frozen)

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, adding more sweetener if you want it sweeter.
  • Top with whipped cream or coconut milk, to taste.
