Keto Cheesecake Bars- Snickerdoodle Style!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter (real, softened)
  • 1/3 cup sweetener (real, softened)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (real, softened)
  • 2/3 cup sweetener (real, softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 eggs (plus 2 egg whites whipped)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  • For the CrustCombine almond flour, sweetener and baking soda.
  • Pour in butter, mix until crumbly.
  • Press into a greased (or lined) 8x8 pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes on 350.
  • Remove from oven and set aside.
