Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin (Primal, Paleo, Keto)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 10 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F 2.
  • Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper to your liking 3.
  • Line a roasting pan with foil (I used one with a baking rack) 4.
  • Wrap the pork tenderloin with bacon 5.
  • Place bacon wrapped pork loin in the roasting pan 6.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155°F 7.
  • Broil to crisp bacon if needed or desired 8.
  • Remove from oven and cover roasting pan with foil 9.
  • Leave covered for 10 minutes before slicing (internal temp should be up to 160°F) 10.
  • Slice and serve!
