  • 2 bunches fresh parsley (gray)
  • 1 1/3 cups shelled hemp seeds (gray)
  • 3 medium tomatoes (gray)
  • 8 green onions (gray)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1 garlic cloves (gray)
