Chicken Crust Taco Pizza - Low Carb & Keto

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated, powdered)
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (grated, powdered)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (grated, powdered)
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon black olives
  • 3 tablespoons jalapeno chilies (grated, powdered)
  • 1 tablespoon diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole (grated, powdered)
  • 3 tablespoons water (grated, powdered)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degreesIn large bowl mix ground chicken, cheese and seasoningLine baking sheet with parchment paper and press chicken mixture into even thin layerBake for 20 minutesRemove from oven and top with cheddar, black olives, jalapenos and tomatoesBake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and brownFor drizzle, mix sour cream and guacamole and set asideTop taco chicken crust pizza with fresh cilantro and avocado sour cream drizzle
