Cucumbers, Tomatoes, and Feta Yummy Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cucumber (medium
  • 3 medium tomatoes (medium, cut up)
  • 3/4 cup kalamata (medium, cut up)
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint (medium, cut up)
  • 4 ounces feta cheese (medium, cut up)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (medium, cut up)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except for 1/2 of the feta.Mix well and chill for a few hours, when ready to serve mix well and top with some more feta (optional)
