Cinnamon & Pecan Keto Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (60 ml/ 2 fl oz - I like Aroy-D)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (60 ml/ 2 fl oz - I like Aroy-D)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter (60 ml/ 2 fl oz - I like Aroy-D)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil (60 ml/ 2 fl oz - I like Aroy-D)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (60 ml/ 2 fl oz - I like Aroy-D)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds (60 ml/ 2 fl oz - I like Aroy-D)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (60 ml/ 2 fl oz - I like Aroy-D)
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut (60 ml/ 2 fl oz - I like Aroy-D)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 10 drops liquid stevia
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • sweetener (You can use any healthy low-carb
  • almond butter
  • pumpkin seeds
  • almond milk

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, mix the coconut milk, almond milk, almond butter, coconut oil and bring to a simmer over a medium heat.
  • Once hot, take off the heat.
  • Add chia seeds, hemp seeds, chopped pecans, and toasted coconut (reserve some coconut for the topping), ...

  • Mix and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve hot or cold.
