Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (medium)
  • 6 ounces chicken (medium)
  • 2 ounces queso fresco (medium)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cut a ripe avocado in half and remove seed.Pack as much shredded chicken into each half as possible.Top with crumbled Queso Fresco.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
