Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix together all sauce ingredients and set aside.
Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for the pizza base for 1 minute.
Add egg, then mix together with all dry ingredients.
Spread dough onto a silpat, covering edge to edge, then bake for 12-14 minutes.
Flip pizza, then top with chopped chicken, sauce, shredded carrots, and mozzarella.
Bake again for 7-10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
Top with bean sprouts, spring onion, peanuts, and cilantro.
